Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy on all items EXCEPT for food items (treats included) which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Pet Power reserves the right to at least a 48 hour window to grant approval on returns.  If you submit your return request on day 15, we may still need up to 48 hours to approve the request.  You will still be granted your return if applicable.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Who pays for return label?  Customer pays for return label in all situations, except for when items are damaged, defective, or inaccurate.

If return is being covered by Pet Power Studio, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 2 days of receiving the product) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If the item is defective or damaged we will request photos to evaluate the damages.  If you would like a replacement, we will send you a new item (if in stock) free of charge.  If the item is defective or damaged, and you do not want a replacement or if the item is out of stock, we will simply issue a refund on the product and the shipping charges.  


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and treats), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refunds will only be granted on the item itself, and not the price of shipping.
