Just as with our Bison Fries, these are commonly known as Rocky Mountain Oysters aka Bull Testicles.
Sounds bizarre right?? But as a true hormone secreting organ, they are a prized alternative to feeding the more commonly found liver, kidney, spleen, brain, esp for our raw feeding customers and is the most nutrient dense part of the animal. Bull fries are especially high in zinc, iron and selenium.
When an animal consumes plant matter, it is the organs that naturally receive first priority to the largest concentration of vitamins and minerals within.
